Recently, I’ve been delving further into still photography. I really enjoy capturing contrasts on film. I don’t have a modern camera, so I’ve been using a [Yashica FR I] camera I found at a consignment shop in Loris. It was a lucky find because it’s performing like a decent camera. In my opinion, film is superior to digital because the light is transposed directly to an analog medium. There is no digital encoding or image quantizing, so there is no loss of light data or definition.
